You know the most you'll pay per gallon. But it could be less! • This option guarantees your maximum price per gallon for the entire contract period yet allows you to take advantage of potential lower prices. • If the market price of propane drops below your Cap Price, so does your price. • If the market price rises above your cap price, you pay the Cap Price, not the higher market price. Buy all your propane now. Pay the lowest price per gallon. • Purchase all your propane at one time. • The Pre-Buy price per gallon is your best buy option. • The minimum Pre-Buy quantity is 500 gallons. • CF strongly encourages conservative estimates be used when Pre-Buying propane. • Additional gallons purchased after Pre-Buy runs out will be priced at our Fixed Price rate. *Please Note: All prices shown above do not include sales tax, mandatory PERC fee, Hazmat fee, fuel surcharges, delivery charges or any other mandated fee that is charged at the time of delivery. To participate in any of the price protection plans listed, minimum deliveries apply. Price protection does not apply to After-Hours, Weekend, or Emergency deliveries that are requested by the customer. Such deliveries are subject to current market price and additional delivery charges will apply. A Contract Termination Fee of $199 will be charged to cancel the terms of this contract at any time during the contract period or if no delivery of propane is taken during the contract period.
All propane orders placed AFTER the contract end date of April 30, 2014 will be priced at the current market price.
