Update: What Governor Whitmer’s ‘Stay Home, Stay Safe’ order means for our customers

In accordance with Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s “Stay Home, Stay Safe” Executive Order No. 2020-59, and in the interest of ongoing public health, all 14 Crystal Flash office locations remain closed to walk-in visitors. These closures will remain in place through at least May 31, 2020.

Please note that other than the action stated above, Crystal Flash remains open for business. In agreement with the Director of the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s determination, the employee-owners of Crystal Flash recognize that our services are indeed “essential”. We are prepared and dedicated to continuing to serve our customers via multiple channels:

  • Our customer call centers will continue to operate under normal business hours, with any relevant office team members maintaining proper social distancing and utilizing heightened hygiene practices, as recommended by the CDC. You can call our team to place orders, pay on your accounts, and request assistance for emergency services such as suspicions of a gas leak.
  • Our website crystalflash.com and customer web portal my.crystalflash.com are available around the clock for customers to contact us, make payments, place orders, and conduct business as usual.
  • Our phone line, 800.875.4851, continues to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • All deliveries are continuing to proceed as scheduled, utilizing “contact free” social distancing practices wherever possible.
