A guaranteed fixed price and projected monthly payments make paying for your propane less stressful and a lot easier on your wallet.

This plan helps spread your projected annual propane cost over 10 months. Your price will not change through March 31, 2011, regardless of market price. We estimate your fuel usage for the upcoming year based on your past annual usage and then divide the estimated amount over 10 months (to be paid from July through April). Throughout the year, payments may be adjusted to reflect any variation in your actual usage. This helps keep your seasonal ups and downs of energy use from hitting you too hard in the pocketbook at the end of the season. May and June are settlement months in case you used more fuel than we estimated. Credit approval and Automatic Fill are required to participate in this program.

This option helps you manage your heating bills with a constant fixed price and allows you to pay only when fuel is delivered. Your price will not change through March 31, 2011 regardless of market price.

Market price goes down? So does yours!

Protection from rising and falling prices. Your price won’t rise higher than the cap and if the market price drops, so does yours! 

This option allows you to take advantage of potential price drops. If the market price of propane were to drop below your cap price, so does your price. If the market price rises above your cap price, you do not pay the higher price. You are billed your cap price or less per gallon when you take a propane delivery.

This option allows you to purchase your year’s supply of propane at our lowest price by paying now. Your price will not change until you reach your contracted gallons or March 31, 2011, whichever comes first. Minimum pre-buy quantity is 500 gallons.

Optional Pricing Insurance is available for a one time charge. This Pricing Insurance protects you against rising fuel prices in the event you use more fuel than you pre-purchased. By purchasing this insurance, any gallons you buy above your pre-purchased amount will be priced using our Fixed Price Plan instead of the current market price. *Please Note: We strongly encourage you to be conservative in estimating your gallons needed and also to take advantage of the Optional Price Insurance. After March 31, 2011, any excess pre-buy dollar amount remaining on your account will carry over to the next heating season. No refund (in dollars or gallons) will be issued. We reserve the right to limit the pre-buy quantity to 80% of your annual usage.
