Crystal Flash Energy Announces Acquistion of Elliott's Gas & Oil

Effective January 11, 2012; Crystal Flash Energy announces the acquisition of Elliott Gas & Oil of Gladwin, Michigan. 

Elliott Gas & Oil is a 3 million gallon per year distributor of propane and refined fuels which, according to Crystal Flash President Tom Fehsenfeld, "will be a great addition to the company." With the December 2011 acquisition of Drakes Fuel Service in Schoolcraft, Michigan, the Elliott acquisition brings Crystal Flash's number of bulk fuel plants to 11 in the state of Michigan.

Mr. Fehsenfeld also added: "We extend a warm welcome to the Elliott team members and look forward to developing and growing together." Elliott was formerly owned by the Mattis family. Dennis Mattis also expressed his confidence that the Elliott team will be a positive addition to CFE.
