Crystal Flash Energy Announces Acquistion of Drakes Fuel Service

Effective January 11, 2012; Crystal Flash Energy announces the acquisition of Drakes Fuel Service of Schoolcraft, Michigan. 

Drakes Fuel Service is a refined fuels distributor in south central Michigan.  Norman "Skip" Drake, President of Drakes, stated, and CFE President Tom Fehsenfeld agreed, "We feel very blessed and excited to learn that both Drakes Fuels Service and Crystal Flash Energy share the same focus on customers and focus on reliable service. With the acquisition, Mr. Drake will be retiring as President and son, Jim Drake, and Jim's wife, Jackie, will run the Schoolcraft plant for Crystal Flash.
