Q: Will the Budget Plan save me money or cost extra?
A: The Budget Plan automatically qualifies you to take advantage of Crystal Flash Keep-Full Service if you like. With Keep-Full Service, you save on every gallon, and we guarantee you won't run out of fuel. There is no additional charge for either the Budget Plan or Keep-Full service.

Q: How are Budget payments scheduled?
A: Payments for home heating fuel deliveries are scheduled over a year starting in July and ending in April. Each January payments are adjusted, if your remaining payments will be lower. If you have used more fuel than you have paid for, your remaining payments could be higher.

Q: How can Keep-Full Service make my life easier?
A: You won't need to go down in the basement or outside to check your fuel supply. We keep an eye on it for you and you won't worry about running out of fuel and then waiting in the cold for a delivery. We make sure you won't run out.

Q: How can Keep-Full Service save me money?
A: When you take advantage of Keep-Full Service, you automatically save off the regular posted price on every gallon. And with Keep-Full Service, as long as our account is in good standing, you'll never pay the extra cost for an emergency fuel delivery. Please call your local Crystal Flash office for current savings.

Q: How can I sign up for Crystal Flash Keep-Full Service?
A: Simply call your local Crystal Flash office and say, "Sign me up for your convenient Keep-Full Service!" If you have a 30-day account, that's all you need to do, If you don't, filling out a simple credit application will get you started.

Q: Why is Keep-Full Service better for my heating system?
A: Running out of fuel can damage a furnace's fuel pump. Even letting the fuel tank get too low allows moisture to condense in the fuel, which can cause a number of problems. In addition to the convenience you get with Keep-Full Service, you may avoid some service calls and repair costs by letting us keep your tank full.
