Medical, Dental and Vision
Full time Crystal Flash employees are eligible for medical, dental and vision coverage for themselves and their families. Eligible employees are asked to contribute a modest amount to the plan on a pre-tax basis.
Short and Long Term Disability
All full time Crystal Flash employees are eligible to purchase short term disability. Long term disability is provided to the employees by Crystal Flash at no cost.
Full time Crystal Flash team members are covered by our company paid life insurance program for 1x their annual salary at no cost. Additional coverage for the employee, spouse and/or children may be purchased.
Medical and Childcare Flex Accounts
Employees may participate in flex spending accounts for medical and childcare expenses.
Crystal Flash employees earn vacation benefits based on hire date and length of service. Part time employees will be eligible for paid time off based on their average hours worked. Hourly employees are eligible for paid personal time.
Crystal Flash recognizes the following holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas. Full Time employees receive paid time off.
Crystal Flash team members are paid every other Friday (bi-weekly). Direct deposit is available. Credit Union membership is available.
All Crystal Flash team members participate in our annual profit sharing bonus plan.
Crystal Flash provides tuition assistance to full-time team members for coursework that will enhance their job skills and assist them in better performing their current or future job functions. After six months of employment, Crystal Flash will pay half of the cost of tuition, books and fees for full-time employees who wish to take courses of study that relate to their career.
Crystal Flash team members may qualify for up to $5000 reimbursement of adoption expenses.
